2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law:
- Insurance products (Vital Leaf Agency) once applications are submitted or policies are activated
- Digital content or subscriptions delivered through EMF Rich-World Entertainment HUB (e.g., music distribution, creator tools, membership access)
- Completed travel bookings made through our International Travel Agency (including flights, hotels, or vacation packages), unless the provider allows cancellations or modifications
3. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges made in error
- Cancellations requested before digital services are rendered or access is granted
- Travel bookings that include cancellation coverage and are canceled according to the terms of the provider
- Physical product returns (if any) within 7 business days of delivery, unopened and unused
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or provider.
